I charge a $55.00 refundable diagnostic fee. What does this fee cover and when is it refunded? You will recieve a written statement of the work that needs to be done, a list of all the parts that will be replaced, and a thourough explination of what caused the swimming pool equipment break down. I will also go over what, if any, preventitive maintenance steps can be done to prevent the issue from arrising again. The diagnostic fee is refunded on your final invoice after the repair is complete.
My hourly labor rate is $85.00 per hour. After the first hour I charge by 47.50 per half hour. This way if your swimming pool repair takes me one hour and twenty minutes you'll only be chared for a hour and a half instead of two. I can do most swimming pool equipment repairs with-in the first hour and a half.
I do not have any set maintenance rates. Every swimming pool is diffrent with diffrent equipment set ups and they all have diffrent needs. I have maintenance accounts as low as $50.00 a month and some that are well over $400.00 a month. Call me and I'll come out and give you a free estimate on monthly service.
